Policies



To ensure a smooth and enjoyable service, you are encouraged to read these policies and guidelines carefully.

Deposits

non-refundable deposit of $100 will be required to book your appointment and will be added towards the full amount of the selected service(s) the day of your appointment.

Deposits are not refundable or transferable and will automatically be forfeited if the following occur:

  • Clients who come to their appointment sick will be sent home, their deposit forfeited, and the appointment canceled. Please be respectful towards everyone’s health, reschedule if you are feeling unwell.
  • Clients are allowed 2 reschedules outside of the 1-week timeframe.
  • Reschedules/Cancellations made within 1 week of your appointment will be a forfeit of deposit and a new deposit will be required to book another date.
  • All appointments are based on current availability and pricing.
  • If (re)scheduling for your Required Touch Up, the date must not exceed 6 months from your initial procedure.
  • If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will automatically be canceled for the day and your deposit will be forfeited. 
  • CLIENTS WHO NO SHOW, or cancel/reschedule the day of their appointment will automatically have their deposit forfeited, charged for the FULL REMAINING BALANCE of the service(s) booked, and will not be allowed to schedule future appointments again.

Prior to Booking

All clients must provide the following information before booking their eyebrow service:
1. Full name
2. Virgin brows? Yes/No
3. Three Clear photos of the procedure area

4. Disclose all allergies and health conditions (this will determine eligibility for this procedure)

Don’t book if;

  • You are under the age of 18 
  • You are pregnant or nursing 
  • You are taking blood-thinning medications 
  • You have viral infections or diseases. 

COVID-19 GUIDELINES

  • If you are currently Positive for COVID-19, you cannot schedule/arrive at your appointment until a recent Negative test result is provided.
  • Clients are required to have on a face mask.
  • Be courteous towards the health of all members involved. If you are feeling unwell even in the slightest, please reschedule. Any illnesses (from you or your family members) within 2 weeks of your appointment must not be ignored. Help stop the spread.
